REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Juicely, every juice is cold pressed fresh the same morning it is delivered. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we follow a simple and fair policy.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before 7pm the evening before your scheduled delivery. After that, your juice is already in the early morning press pipeline and we cannot accept cancellations.

Wrong or Damaged Order If you receive the wrong juice or your bottle arrives damaged, contact us within 2 hours of delivery at Support@juicely.in or WhatsApp us at +91 82872 05105 with a photo. We will replace it on your next delivery or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Quality Issues If you are not satisfied with the quality of your juice, contact us within 2 hours of delivery at Support@juicely.in or WhatsApp us at +91 82872 05105. We take every complaint seriously and will make it right.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable We cannot offer refunds for juices that have been consumed, or complaints raised after 2 hours of delivery.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal All Juicely subscriptions run on a 24-day cycle and auto-renew until cancelled. Payment is automatically charged every 24 days to your saved payment method via e-mandate.

Pausing, Skipping or Cancelling Your Subscription Need to skip a day or pause your subscription? Let us know before 7pm the evening before your scheduled delivery. Once pressing begins in the early morning, we cannot accept returns or hold juices — every bottle is made fresh with no preservatives and cannot be stored.
