OVERVIEW
Welcome to Juicely. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Juicely. We operate juicely.in and provide fresh cold pressed juice delivery services in Noida and Greater Noida.
By visiting or purchasing from juicely.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Juicely is a registered MSME and FSSAI certified business.
SECTION 1 — YOUR ACCOUNT
By using our services you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide — including your name, address and payment details — is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not transfer your account to another person.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
Every juice on juicely.in is cold pressed fresh the same morning it is delivered. We do not pasteurise, store or ship from other cities.
Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual appearance may vary slightly. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Juicely reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and you receive a confirmation.

All purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation.
For subscriptions, payment is automatically charged every 24 days to your saved payment method via e-mandate. You authorise Juicely to charge your payment method for each subscription cycle until you cancel.
You confirm that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 — DELIVERY
Juicely currently delivers in Noida and Greater Noida only. Deliveries are made in fixed morning time slots depending on your area.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control such as extreme weather, traffic or public disturbances. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
SECTION 6 — SUBSCRIPTIONS
All Juicely subscriptions run on a 24-day cycle and auto-renew until cancelled. To pause, skip or cancel your subscription please inform us before 7pm the evening before your next scheduled delivery.
Once pressing begins in the early morning we cannot hold or return juices as every bottle is made fresh with no preservatives and cannot be stored.

SECTION 7 — REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on refunds, wrong orders, quality issues and cancellations.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on juicely.in including text, images, logos, product names and design is owned by Juicely and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any content from juicely.in without our prior written permission.
SECTION 9 — THIRD PARTY LINKS
juicely.in may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third party site. Visiting third party links is at your own risk.
SECTION 11 — REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
By submitting a review or feedback on juicely.in you grant Juicely the right to use, publish and display that content for any business purpose including marketing and promotions.
You confirm that your feedback is honest, your own, and does not violate any third party rights.
SECTION 12 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juicely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
SECTION 13 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
SECTION 14 — CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of juicely.in after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
